This Transition Plan identifies the steps South Nation Conservation will undertake to meet Phase 1 and Phase 2 transition period requirements prescribed under Section 21.1.2 of the Conservation Authorities Act and
Ontario Regulation 687/21. Ontario Regulation 687/21 requires SNC to submit quarterly progress reports to the Province prior to the transition date of January 1, 2024, copies of these reports can be accessed at the links below:
